Step 1
Initial assessment
We will scan your teeth with our iTero™ intraoral scanner and take photographs as part of our initial assessment. This creates an accurate 3D digital model of your teeth and provides a simulation of what can be achieved. We will also check that your teeth and gums are healthy before starting any treatment.
Step 2
Review
Your Invisalign® treatment is accurately planned so that you know how long it will take to achieve the desired outcome. Your dentist will review and agree the plan with you before going ahead and ordering the aligners.
Step 3
Treatment Begins
You’ll return about 2 weeks after the review to have your first Invisalign® aligners fitted. You may notice some pressure on your teeth to start with. This is the aligners working. Most patients get used to wearing their aligners after about 2- 3 weeks.
You will be given appointments every 4 to 6 weeks to check progress and ensure your teeth are moving as planned. The majority of Invisalign® Go treatment lasts 4 to 6 months.
When your treatment is complete we will provide you with 3 sets of Vivera™ retainers. You will need to wear your retainers every night, to maintain the result.
